অকুপেশনাল থেরাপি (OT) হলো একটি চিকিৎসা-পদ্ধতি যেখানে মানুষকে তার দৈনন্দিন কাজগুলো (খাওয়া, পোশাক পরা, লেখা, কাজ করা, চলাফেরা করা ইত্যাদি) স্বাভাবিকভাবে করতে সহায়তা করা হয়।

এটি বিশেষভাবে উপকারী তাদের জন্য, যারা—

স্ট্রোক বা দুর্ঘটনার পর স্বাভাবিক কাজ করতে পারছে না

অটিজম বা বিকাশজনিত সমস্যায় ভুগছে

শারীরিক প্রতিবন্ধকতা আছে

বয়স্কজনিত দুর্বলতা আছে

মানসিক স্বাস্থ্য সমস্যার কারণে দৈনন্দিন কাজে সমস্যা হচ্ছে
